How to Use
Unscrew the cap, insert a roll, and thread the first bag through the opening. Clip the dispenser to your leash and tear at the perforation when needed. Use the hook to carry a tied bag until you reach a bin.
Pro Tip: Load the roll so bags dispense over the top (not under) for the smoothest pull and fewer accidental unspools.
