Rewards Overview
There are two components to our rewards system:
- TC Points Program. Earn TC Points on every online purchase. You can redeem these points at checkout for a discount on your order.
- Frequent Buyer Program. This is powered by Astro Loyalty. Manufacturer-sponsored rewards that track your purchases by brand. After a set number of purchases, get a free item of equal or lesser value. Terms vary by brand.

How it works

Step 1: Create Account & Login
If you've made a purchase, you already have an account. Our accounts are connected to your email address. There are no passwords needed. If you have not made a purchase, you can create an account manually, then login.

Step 2: Connect Frequent Buyer Program
Once you are logged in, you will see a banner at the bottom left of your screen asking you to "Connect Frequent Buyer Program Account" this will connect/sync your account to Astro Rewards. You will need to connect to be eligible for the frequent buyer program. You can also connect your account with the button below.

Step 3: Shop
To collect TC Points no action is needed you will collect points on all purchases (more details below).
Once you've connected to the Frequent Buyer Program (via Astro) you will see your frequent buyer progress on elgible products. You can also view your status by viewing your frequent buyer program account here or via your account .

- $1 = 1 point
- Orders over $150 earn 2x points
- Orders over $300 earn 3x points
You can redeem your points for dollars off your order as soon as you're eligible—no waiting around. Just 100 points gets you started!
Points are valid for 24 months from the date you earn them, so you’ve got plenty of time to put them to good use.
You’ll see your points balance on your account page, product pages, and right at checkout.

Yes! You can earn and track Frequent Buyer rewards both online and in-store through Astro Loyalty.
To make sure your purchases sync properly, just use the same email for Astro as you do for your True Carnivores account.
If your rewards aren’t showing up, no problem — contact our team and we’ll help get everything connected. It might just be a quick update to the email address.

Can I combine TC Points with Frequent Buyer rewards?
Yes! You can redeem TC Points and use a Frequent Buyer reward on the same order if both are available at checkout.
Just keep in mind: to qualify for free delivery, your order total must be over $75 after all discounts and rewards have been applied.

The Astro Frequent Buyer Platform is the system True Carnivores uses to track brand-sponsored rewards and promotions.
It connects independent pet retailers, participating brands, and their reward programs in one place, so your purchases are automatically and accurately tracked.

Use TC’s Frequent Buyer Program or the Astro app (iOS/Android) linked from TC’s Rewards page. Once logged in you can view the frequent buyer program here.
