Yes, you're welcome to request a delivery window (minimum 2-hour timeframe between 9am-5pm). Just leave your request in the notes at checkout.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate, please note that delivery windows cannot be guaranteed. To keep our delivery service fast, reliable, and free, we need the flexibility to route our drivers as efficiently as possible.
In some cases, certain areas can’t be accommodated at specific times due to routing limitations, traffic patterns, or distance. If we’re unable to meet your request, we’ll reach out with alternative options.
If you're not going to be home, we recommend:
- Leaving out a cooler
- Purchasing a freezer bag at checkout
- Or having your order delivered to your workplace if that’s easier
