Sous vide is a great method because it cooks the food slowly and evenly at a controlled temperature while retaining much of its natural moisture. We do not recommend microwaving 100 Mile Raw. Microwaves can heat food unevenly and create very hot spots. If you prefer to serve it cooked, stick with a gentle, controlled cooking method such as sous vide. Always cool the food to a comfortable serving temperature before feeding.
